Who are your carers?

Every carer completes accredited training in personal care, medication, dementia, safeguarding, infection control, and communication — and that’s only the foundation. Our team also receives ongoing, enhanced training to ensure they’re fully equipped to support you with skill, confidence, and compassion.

Yes. All our carers have an enhanced DBS check and go through thorough background screening before they start supporting clients. We take safety seriously, so every member of our team is carefully vetted and chosen with great care.

Yes. Our carers wear a professional uniform and carry ID badges so you always know who is at your door.

Yes. We are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which means our service is independently inspected and held to national standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. Day to Day

What can carers help with during a visit?

Family Involvement

How will my family be kept informed?

We keep communication open, transparent, and centred around your wishes. With your permission, family members can have access to CareLineLive, where they can see visit notes, updates, and day‑to‑day information in real time. We also carry out regular six‑weekly reviews to check in, gather feedback, and make sure everything is working well for you.

Yes. We welcome feedback from both clients and families. If something needs adjusting, we’ll work with you to make it right. Families can share feedback during reviews, through CareLineLive, or by getting in touch with us directly — whatever feels easiest.

Distance doesn’t have to get in the way. With your permission, family members can follow daily updates through CareLineLive, and we can arrange regular check‑ins by phone or email so your loved ones stay informed and reassured.

Of course. It’s your home and your care. Some families like to be involved; others prefer to give space. We’re comfortable with either and will always follow your preferences.
